FSU offers layered financial support including:

• Out-of-State Tuition Waivers: Reductions of 50% to 100% on the non-resident premium surcharge, potentially saving students roughly $15,888 USD per year.
• Vires Scholarship: A $16,000 USD award distributed in $2,000 increments over eight semesters.
• Graduate Assistantships: Available through academic departments, these often include a living stipend and full tuition coverage.
• Talent-Based Waivers: For fine arts students, covering approximately 50% of out-of-state tuition.
